Montréal, July 2nd, 2025 – Twinkle Teal Entertainment, a 100% francophone Quebec-based company and creator of the successful Nebulous Stars brand, announces the creation of a subsidiary in France. This strategic establishment is part of an ambitious development plan aimed at accelerating the brand’s growth in Europe, particularly in the French, Spanish, and Portuguese markets. By transitioning from a distribution model to direct sales, the company is strengthening its local presence and reaffirming its commitment to building closer ties with partners and consumers.
A MULTIFACETED LIFESTYLE BRAND
Launched in 2017, Nebulous Stars is now distributed in over 80 countries and has become a reference in the preteen universe (ages 6 to 10). Firmly positioned as a lifestyle brand, it spans multiple categories – creative arts, stationery, collectibles, beauty, school bags, plush toys – and offers a rich universe that blends aesthetics, well-being, and positive values.
The editorial content embedded in the products, along with a publishing program featuring novels published since 2023 by Hachette in the Bibliothèque Rose collection, and a quarterly magazine published since 2020 and now distributed by Panini France, enhance the immersive and educational brand experience.
A CLEAR AMBITION FOR THE FRENCH MARKET
With the opening of this new French subsidiary, Twinkle Teal Entertainment reaffirms its ambition to increase the visibility of Nebulous Stars in France. This rollout is accompanied by a strategic plan that includes:
The launch of the first season of the Nebulous Stars animated series in 2027;
The development of innovative in-store experiential formats to strengthen engagement with young consumers;
Dynamic commercial operations and in-store theatrical displays;
Expanded marketing campaigns to promote the brand’s positive messages to children and their families.

A STRENGTHENED TEAM TO SUPPORT GROWTH
This new chapter of growth is driven by an experienced team already deeply involved in the international success of the brand.
Vanessa Audrain, who has been involved in the development of Nebulous Stars since its launch in 2017, now serves as Global Sales & Marketing Director, with the mission to lead this new phase of European expansion. The recruitment of a Sales Director France, supported by a Sales Administration team and a Marketing Coordinator, is underway to support French partners and grow the brand in the region.
The team will be present at the Preshow Toys & Games in Deauville in November 2025, a key industry event, to present its 2026 projects and initiate partnerships. Professionals can already book appointments with Vanessa Audrain to explore collaboration opportunities.
